This is a reminder that Ben’s Asphalt will begin the Association’s asphalt repair project on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Work will be completed in four phases over four consecutive weeks, weather permitting. Please review the attached notice and phasing map to determine when your area will be affected.
Parking patrol will be suspended during the project, and residents may utilize available guest parking. Please be courteous and use guest spaces only as needed.
Phase 4 Traffic Control Update
In response to homeowner concerns, the Board of Directors has approved professional traffic control during Phase 4 of the project.
Traffic control personnel will be on-site for two full days one day during asphalt grinding and one day during paving to allow limited access on the community’s main road while work is being performed.
Although this will allow residents to enter and exit the community, expect traffic delays and allow yourself additional travel time. Construction equipment will always have priority, and traffic will be restricted to one lane, with flaggers directing vehicles safely through the work zone. While the road will remain accessible, there may be brief delays as construction activities progress.
Additional notices will be posted on garages before each affected phase as a reminder.
If you have deliveries, contractors, or other services requiring vehicle access, plan accordingly, as they may need to be rescheduled during your phase of the project.
