Please be reminded of the community wide concrete repairs and installation of concrete pads throughout the community starts on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2025. Please see the attached notice and map. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW THE MAP TO DETERMINE THE PHASE IN WHICH YOU WILL BE EFFECTED. As a reminder, THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS IN OR OUT OF YOUR GARAGE/ALLEYWAY WHEN YOUR PHASE IS BEING PERFORMED.
As a reminder, you are permitted to park within the community during this time, as Patrol has been notified of this project. YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARK IN FIRE LANES/ALLEY WAYS OR BEHIND GARAGES. Patrol will still be performing inspections to ensure no one is parked illegally, and if found, vehicles will be towed.
OFF SITE RESIDENTS: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADVISE YOUR TENANTS OF THE UPCOMING PROJECT AND PROVIDE THE NOTICE AND MAP TO THEM.
