Dear Villas Residents,
Please be advised that Ben’s Asphalt will begin asphalt repairs on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Work will be completed in four phases over four consecutive weeks, weather permitting. Please review the attached notice and phasing map to identify when your area will be affected.
Scheduled Closures:
- Phase 1: August 6 at 7:00 AM – August 8 at 12:00 PM
- Phase 2: August 13 at 7:00 AM – August 15 at 12:00 PM
- Phase 3: August 20 at 7:00 AM – August 22 at 12:00 PM
- Phase 4: August 27 at 7:00 AM – August 29 at 12:00 PM
During Phase 4, the main road will reopen each evening by 6:00 PM.
During each phase, the affected area will be completely closed to vehicle traffic. Vehicles must be moved from the work area before the scheduled closure. Vehicles may remain in garages; however, they will not be accessible during the closure. Vehicles left on the street within an active work area may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Parking patrol will be suspended during the project, and residents may utilize available guest parking. Please be courteous and use guest spaces only as needed.
Additional notices will be posted on garages as a reminder before each affected phase.
Please plan ahead for deliveries, contractors, or other services requiring vehicle access, as these will need to be postponed while your phase is closed.
